The apartment is located in a small building on a beautiful tree-lined street in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. There are numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks close by.

The other two amazing housemates in their late-20s and mid-30s, one works on a think-tank the other works for a law firm. I have lived with them for over 3 years and we’ve never had any issues. We hope to find someone that is clean and respectful.
