Today’s Rental was chosen cause they goosed me a bit on the price but I do like the location and $2500 for a 3 bed still seems pretty good

This rental is located at 8th and P Street, NW. The craigslist ad says:

“$2100 / 3br – 2 3-bedroom Units in Beautiful Victorian Townhouse at Great Location

Two 3-bedroom units in Victorian townhouse at unbeatable location: 1 block from Metro Green/Yellow Lines, 1 block from Shaw public library, 1 block from Kennedy Recreation Center, 1/2 block from 24-hour Giant supermarket, 1/2 block from Dacha Beer Garden, 2 blocks from the Convention Center, 7 blocks from Chinatown, 5 blocks from Logan Circle, and 10 blocks from DuPont Circle.

Each unit has two levels. Beautiful original 100-year-old pine floor for the living room and master bedroom in upper unit and hardwood floor for the rest; hardwood floor for two bedrooms and ceramic floor for the living and one bedroom in the lower unit; two full bathrooms for each unit, central air/heating, washer/dryer, large deck for each unit.

Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!

The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!

What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
