“My wife was a witness. Driver was speeding on Connecticut, lost control, almost hit a pedestrian, smashed a tree and parked car. Walked away with a bump. Pedestrian very traumatized. Connecticut Avenue is a death trap.”

Lynne reported: “I witnessed this crash. It was entirely the driver’s fault. He was speeding up Connecticut Avenue and lost control of his vehicle, spun around and crashed into the tree. He emerged with just a bump on his head.”
