Republic Cantina has finally soft opened (ish)!!!!! Thanks to Jonathan for teasing us this morning with these photos:

“I’m eating breakfast in my neighborhood and it’s amazing. Delicious and kid friendly.”

I’ve obtained an email from Republic Cantina that says:

“Note: we have not yet opened to the general public but wanted to give our loyal Republic Kolache fans a preview of what we’ve been working on for a couple years now. Stay tuned for the full launch news.”

Hard to believe this was once part of the Brassknob Warehouse/artist lofts. Stay tuned for an exact opening date.
