**We really need someone to move in by March 1 so we are willing to discount March rent!!**

My roommate is moving to New York! Yay for her… Yikes for me! (JK i’m super happy for her… Promise!! 😉)

About the apartment: 2B/2Ba in Van Ness. Walking distance to Tenley Town and Van Ness metros. On major bus routes. You’ll have your own bathroom and FURNISHED bedroom. Kitchen is HUGE and great if you like cooking. Other bills include internet and electric (around $75 total per month). Main building has a pool, gym, and concierge to handle packages.

About me: 29 y/o female. Most evenings I’m working late, at the gym, or more recently at an improv class or show. I like watching British cooking shows, period dramas, game shows ( jeopardy and wheel of fortune are my jam), and Drag Race. Hopefully we can watch one or many of those together!

About you: Female, clean, considerate of shared spaces, no pets please (I’m allergic), able to move in March!

We can do in-person and video tours if necessary! If you don’t want the bedroom furnishings I can get rid of them!”

We’re about a month out from summer. That means you’ve still got time for spring cleaning!

Lexi Grant, an operations manager at Well-Paid Maids, shared her go-to spring cleaning tips with WTOP News. Step one? Declutter. Get rid of items you don’t use, find space for items that need a home and organize those areas.
