From a press release:

“On November 5, ARC THE.HOTEL (824 New Hampshire Ave NW) will unveil the final phase of its Foggy Bottom location with an exciting new culinary concept, Notti 824.

The redesigned farm-to-table restaurant concept boasts simple dining that’s both fresh and locally sourced within a quaint dining experience. Guests will enjoy thoughtfully prepared tapas and entrees paired with a curated wine list, all set against a cozy backdrop complete with wooden table tops, earthy stone and warm tones. Notti 824, which also features a beautifully landscaped courtyard for al fresco dining, will launch with a breakfast and dinner rollout, with plans to eventually launch lunch in the future.

From the broccolini-studded Romesco Chicken Flatbread starter to the Braised Shortribs entree, served with roasted wild mushrooms and oven-roasted cauliflower, Notti 824’s new menu is tailored to satisfy gourmands and guests alike. Notti 824 will also offer vegan and gluten-free menu items to cater to health-conscious diners and those with dietary restrictions.

Notti 824’s bar program will feature a rotating list of specialty cocktails, including the “Sombra Mezcal,” made with pineapple juice, agave nectar, lime juice, egg white and bitters, and the “Sapphiretini,” which combines Bombay Sapphire gin, peach schnapps, blue curacao and lemon. The bar will also carry a mix of local craft beers on draft such as Port City Brewing Company as well as a unique wine list sourced from vineyards across the country like Silver Oak, Ecco Domani and Coppola Winery, among others.

“It is with great excitement that we unveil the final phase of ARC THE.HOTEL in opening Notti 824 and re-establishing our long-standing community relationships,” says Pawan Deepak, Senior Director of Operations at Westmont Hospitality Group. “We are delighted to host our neighbors and to be part of the future with GWU, as well as with the splendid performing arts via the Kennedy Center.”

The newly updated ARC THE.HOTEL features bright, spacious guest rooms, panoramic views of the Potomac River and an impressive array of tech-based amenities. Combining form with function, the hotel offers guests the comfort of plush Frette bedding and chic JN+A-designed decor paired with state-of-the-art convenience. ARC guests can enter their rooms via mobile devices, for instance, and can stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and more in-room on 55-inch televisions.

Additional digitally enhanced perks to enhance guests’ stays include a sleep-perfecting customizable pillow menu and mobile concierge, bringing little luxuries your way with the touch of a button. Renovated from top to bottom, the nine-story ARC, formerly University Inn, features 136 guest rooms with wood tile entryways, marble bathroom, desk and vanity countertops, Malin + Goetz “Rum” scented bath amenities, full-size hair dryers, Keurig coffee makers, microwaves upon request and more.

The hotel is also just a stone’s throw from all that the nation’s capital has to offer. ARC guests are within walking distance of The Kennedy Center, George Washington University & Hospital, the IMF/World Bank headquarters, the National Mall, the National Cathedral, Rock Creek Park and the Metro’s orange and blue rail lines. Shopping destinations are close at hand, too, with stores like Tory Burch, J.Crew, Cos, Michael Kors, Alice + Olivia, Kate Spade and more located minutes away on Georgetown’s bustling, historic M Street. For dining and nightlife, West End and Foggy Bottom are crawling with options as well, from high-end, see-and-be-seen spots like Nobu to homegrown favorites like Founding Farmers and Beefsteak.

In addition to making sure guests feel at home, ARC THE.HOTEL is dedicated to making a difference in the D.C. community, establishing an ongoing partnership with pediatric cancer organization Special Love throughout the year. The hotel plans to periodically donate a portion of proceeds and host special events for Special Love, the Virginia-based nonprofit organization that provides cancer families fellowship, friendship and fun via a community of support, made up of other patients and families who know and understand the trials and triumphs of the cancer experience.”
