Back in June we learned that an Italian restaurant was coming to former Banana Leaf space across the street from the OG Politics and Prose. The restaurant will be called I’m Eddie Cano and they hope to open in late September. More info from their Kickstarter:
“I’m Eddie Cano (say it fast) is our first venture. It will be a fun, family friendly restaurant with approachable price points offering both Italian cuisine “from the boot” as well as Italian American specialities paying tribute to over two centuries of Italian immigrants who have cultivated their cuisine here in the United States.
Permits permitting, we plan to open in late September 2018. We are here on kickstarter trying to raise additional capital to bridge the gap between start up costs and unexpected setbacks that are par for the course with first time restaurant owners!
