“Chef Massimo Fabbri (of Posto and Ristorante Tosca) will be opening his first restaurant as a restaurateur/chef later this Spring in the Shaw neighborhood of DC at 1316 9th St. NW. The Italian restaurant and bar will be called SAN LORENZO, which pays homage to Massimo’s son Lorenzo, his Tuscan roots, and his favorite neighborhood in Florence, Italy.
