“I am writing to you about a Halloween costume drive. Park Morton has 50+ kids and have a Halloween party scheduled at the Salvation Army at the end of October. Many of the kids do not have Halloween costumes so we offered our support soliciting donations of new/gently used Halloween costumes for kids aged 1 to 12.”
