DC Open House List for This Weekend

Looking for a home? There are plenty of houses and condos open for viewing this weekend.

Below are a few highlights that are new-ish to the market OR just had their price reduced. For the entire list click here.

2302 17th Street NW
Agent: David Bediz
Open Saturday 1-3PM
Open Sunday 1-4PM
List Price: $1,325,000

AdMo rowhouse with 2 units means an immediate rental property to offset your mortgage and makes the double master bedroom suites worth the price.

4000 Tunlaw Road NW # 804
Agent: Ellen Berger
Open Sunday 1-4PM
List Price: $220,000

Studio in Glover Park is about $20k cheaper than others sold in the building and one of only a few that have even been listed in the past 5 years.

1608 Crittenden Street NE
Agent: Mary Bazargan
Open Sunday 1-4PM
List Price: $519,900

Detached 3/3 for a little over $500k in Michigan Park looks almost brand new on the inside with some ‘love it or hate it’ wood paneling in the basement.

1201 Girard Street NW
Agent: Daryl Judy
Open Sunday 1-4PM
List Price: $899,000

We’re not entirely sure what the story is with this property, seeing how the photos show the owner’s stuff everywhere and sold AS-IS, but for a 4-story rowhouse in Columbia Heights it made our list.

1510 Van Buren Street NW
Agent: Kim Rice
Open Saturday 1-4PM
Open Sunday 1-4PM
List Price: $999,950

Fully remodeled 4-level, 5 bedroom, 4 full bath and 2 half bath semi-detached in Brightwood.  This should be on your list to check out this weekend.

Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!

The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!

What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
