This is a group house with individual leases. The roommates are one guy and one girl, both government contractors in their late 20’s, as well as a cat who is very calm and fun. The house has one and half bathrooms, but we have not had any issues sharing the full bathroom as our schedules are conveniently staggered. Washer/dryer in unit.
The house is situated very close to a lot of new restaurants in the Navy Yard area, walking distance to the new Waterfront Renovation area, multiple grocery stores, and only a few blocks from the metro station. If you do have a car, street parking is DC Zone 6, which costs about $35/year to get a permit.
There is a second room available in this house as well, so if you and a friend are looking together, you could move in together.”
