“For the month of March, Brookland’s Finest will partner with local rum distillery Cotton & Reed for the restaurant’s monthly distiller dinner series. Every Tuesday of the month, Brookland’s Finest will feature a three course prix fixe menu, complete with cocktail pairings featuring Cotton & Reed spirits. The first dinner of the month will take place Tuesday, March 7 and each week’s dinner features a variety of dishes such as Caribbean coconut stew, seafood paella, and fried chicken paired with drinks like peppercorn punch and a ginger daiquiri. The second week’s dinner will pay homage to St. Patrick’s Day with items like Irish spring rolls and bangers and mash, and an Irish Daiquiri. All distiller dinners are priced at $35 per guest and full menus can be seen here:
