My Test My Way, part of the Prevention at Home program (PAH), provides at-home testing, counseling, and referrals for people at risk for HIV and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). PAH is a three-year demonstration program created by a team of clinicians and staff from The George Washington University, community organizations, and HIV clinics. PAH is designed to improve the health of adult Washington, DC residents who are enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, or DC Alliance. PAH makes HIV testing convenient and easy, and helps HIV positive PAH participants to link to care. Your participation is key to your success and ours.

With My Test My Way, you can test for HIV and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) without going to a clinic. Discovering and treating these conditions early can put you on the road to better health. By participating in PAH, you may receive:

• Home HIV or STD testing with safe and accurate test kits
• Help identifying your personal testing needs
• Help creating a plan for healthy living
• Referrals to community and clinic resources
• Home visits from a Care Partner to help you get suggested healthcare and support your healthy living plan (available upon request)

To register, go online to My Test My Way or call 1-844-8MY-TEST.

Prevention at Home is your partner in care.

Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!

The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!

What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
