“Owners Gina Schaefer and Marc Friedman have signed a lease for a 5,000-square-foot space at 1700 Columbia Road NW, the site of the former Ontario Theater.
Adams Morgan Hardware will join a [solidcore] Pilates studio that will open in September as well as a still undetermined restaurant.”
