Pasta Chips response to bags not for resale sold at Safeway

A reader passes on the response they got from Pasta Chips regarding yesterday’s Safeway Selling Bags of Pasta Chips Marked ‘Not for Resale’:

“Thank you for letting us know that this is occurring and taking the time to write in =)

What this bag is for – it comes in every case (at time of production) that arrives to store and is to be used for sampling at store level if that is worked into our agreement with that particular chain. So, it’s not really about being ‘allowed to do so’ but more of that we need to correct it so it’s utilized properly.

It’s a common error that happens at the store level simply because that is not relayed to those that put it on the shelf for some reason. When we first loaded into Wal-Mart they had it out as well as their ‘stocking crew’ did not know otherwise.

***If you could give me the location in which you’ve found this we can properly address the issue with the broker managing the account and rectify the issue….also to be sure it’s not at other locations as well.***

Again, Thanks for taking the time to let us know! Greatly Appreciate it!

Send me your address and we’ll have our customer service team send you some coupons.

Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!

The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!

What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
