“Dear PoPville,
FYI – film crew has taken over 17th street from Seaton to U street. Filming the movie “Cross” based on the james patterson novels about detective Cross.
“I’m a resident in the neighborhood and they put notices on people’s doors in October. Last night they took over every single parking space in the entire neighborhood blocked off for filming.”
“They are right in front of the asian food market Hana. And police have shut down youth street between florida and sixteenth for the filming. I’m kind of shocked. They picked such a busy street on a saturday morning. There’s a thousand families trying to get past them to go to soccer games at marie reed field.”
