MORE good news, from The Royal:
“WE’RE BACK, ROYAL FAM! ❤️🥹
After last week’s fire in the apartment above Royal, we’re so happy to share that we’ll be reopening [FRIDAY] at 4PM! While the past week brought some unexpected challenges, we’re incredibly grateful that everyone is safe and so thankful for the outpouring of love + support we’ve received from our community.
A very special thank you again to DC Fire & EMS for acting so quickly, to @ramwdc & @shawnjtownsend for helping us get back open, to all of our local neighbors (who even set up a gofundme for the staff!), and to our staff for all the hard work and care that made getting back to this point possible. We have the absolute best community and are so grateful for all of you. 🫶
We can’t wait to welcome you back for cocktails, dinner, coffee, and all the little moments that make Royal feel like home. Consider this your official invitation to come by, raise a glass, and celebrate with us. See you at 4! ❤️🥂”
