“This project encompasses reconstruction of the roadway section of 9th St./Florida Ave NW from T St. to Barry Pl. to improve vehicular and pedestrian safety. Reconfiguration of the intersection at Florida Ave./Sherman Ave with pavement reconstruction. Improvements of streetscape elements including sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs and gutters, pavement marking, landscape and streetlights.”
