My aunt sent me this post card from Italy but in DC and it was ruined with this stamp. I too don’t want dogs to bite anyone. I don’t even like dogs. But why are they ruining people’s mail? There’s also a stamp next to the stamp on the postcard. That’s more appropriate. I didn’t even know there was a dog biting campaign in DC!”
