Trees are still falling after Thursday’s storm!! This one was sent to us on Sunday morning from Petworth just demolishing backyard fences:
A reader reported: “around 9:30 and heard a creak, then crash. Everyone is thanking their lucky stars that it fell across the yards vs into one of the houses. Kids had been playing in the alley earlier in the morning. Asplundh has been out in great numbers but no Pepco (shocking, I know) to turn off the power on the grounded power lines. Insane.”
