This dude in Dupont circle was being a menace (Sunday) – he was blasting loud jazz music on his 2 massive personal speakers and doing calisthenics on rope rings on a tree branch. A woman approached him, asking him to turn down his music and he refused. A man approached asking about the strength of the tree branch, considering the recent fallen tree in Dupont from the storm this week, and he got into a heated alteration with both. Then out of nowhere,
some guy on a bike rode past and stole his iPhone that was connected to the speakers/ sitting on top of the speakers and rode off. The guy finally left after his phone was stolen.”
