Wondering if this has happened to other people in DC, and if so, how you managed to solve it. My Uber account got hacked a few days ago. Uber doesn’t have a number you can call in these cases; instead, they ask you to file a complaint from your account. However,
since the hacker changed my credentials, I couldn’t log on. Since Saturday, I’ve filled out numerous forms to let Uber know I was hacked (and of course I placed my card on hold with the bank). After several days, I’ve not heard back from Uber. Instead, I’ve received notifications of my password and phone number being changed a few times. I’m at my wits’ end. Any suggestions?”
