Created by SHKR Hospitality, the concept pairs thoughtfully crafted cocktails featuring iconic American distilleries with elevated bites inspired by regional flavors, all within a beautifully designed space that blends vintage sophistication with contemporary hospitality coupled with iconic views of The Capitol. The menus were carefully crafted so that every cocktail and bite tells a story of the people, places and traditions that have shaped our nation. Menu highlights include:
Signature Cocktails
The Manhattan Limited: A refined take on the timeless railcar classic inspired by the golden age of New York travel. American rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, aromatic bitters.
Pullman Old Fashioned: A timeless Old Fashioned honoring the Pullman Porters, whose professionalism, service, and leadership helped shape American rail history. Uncle Nearest 1856 Premium Whiskey, demerara syrup, aromatic bitters, orange peel.
The Capitol Gimlet: American gin, cucumber, lime, basil syrup, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur. Bright, herbaceous, and refreshing with a clean botanical finish.
