Does anyone know why Capital Bike Share isn’t replenishing bikes at several stations in Adams Morgan, specifically on Columbia Rd? This has been going on for a few weeks.
The only bikes there have been parked by incoming riders and when you do park you get a notification “that you’ve entered a no parking zone”. There’s construction on 18th st in front of the Marie Reed center so that station has been relocated, but there’s no construction near the station on Columbia between California and Wyoming.
