Not sure if you’re all aware yet, but the barriers on the 15th St NW cycle track have been removed south of constitution Ave. See pictures attached.
Upsetting and seemingly in direct violation of the court order. Very dangerous to have an unprotected condition on a 2-way cycle track.”
