After DDOT completes its transformation of the mess that is the Pennsylvania Ave. SE/Potomac Ave. SE/14th St. SE intersection in Capitol Hill into a normal traffic circle, drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians alike will be able to breathe easier knowing they’ll be a bit safer navigating this area. So far,
despite some delays from the snow last winter, the construction appears to be progressing nicely. But despite the progress reports they’ve shared online, DDOT has not updated their expected completion date.
Could they share an updated prediction now that they are presumably three quarters of the way to the finish line?”
