“Thank you for your attention to this issue last year, but the Upshur Street soccer field net has been badly torn again for months.

A child was recently struck by a car chasing a ball right on Upshur, while my son and his friends watched. So please understand the sense of urgency I and others are feeling as parents who have seen this risk every day for years, waiting for a kid to get hurt.

When will the Upshur soccer field safety net be fixed?”
