A man was detained, handcuffed behind his back and ultimately arrested
at first 2 MPD officers and 2 HS officers in vests then ultimately 9 officers altogether on 1 handcuffed man
it is his birthday today, according to his friends, working at the cafe across the street and he was “drinking something” one of hte officers said. And they were teasing him.
