And in other HUGE (literally) restaurant news, Chandelier, “Total Occupancy Load of the entire establishment will be 525” is coming to the former Les Halles space. The liquor license application says:
“New Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern with indoor seating for 250 and an indoor occupancy load of 400. Summer Garden with a seating capacity of 125. Total Occupancy Load of the entire establishment will be 525. The Licensee is also requesting an Entertainment Endorsement, Carry- Out and Delivery Endorsement, and the Holiday Extension of Hours Endorsement.”
This space was the longtime home to Les Halles and after briefly home to Del Frisco’s Grill.
