Yes, it’s another street sweeping rant.
This week we got a ticket in front of our house on Girard. Fair enough. I forgot to move the car.
What’s frustrating is that they never actually swept the street.
There’s still trash all along the curb. It’s been marinating there since the ice-pocalypse. The whole thing feels less like street sweeping and more like an arbitrary weekly parking ban.
If the city is going to enforce this so consistently, it would be nice if the sweeping part happened too.”
