Here’s a pic of new signage on the block of G Street NW between 9th and 10th, home to the flagship MLK DC library. People sleep in front of the library at night but they clear out the front of the building in the morning.

Some of them keep their things in the 6 (or so ?) feet from the curb to the area MLK can clear.

This has been going on for years and the City hasn’t done much about it (except when they were sweeping up encampments), so this appears to be a new tactic.”
