Thanks to A. for reporting: “Several fire trucks (4+) , ambulances (3+) and other emergency vehicles dispatched to Kansas and Randolph to combat what looks like a rowhouse with smoke billowing out.”
DC Fire and EMS reported: “Update Fire Task Force 3800 block Kansas Ave NW. Fire under control. Firefighters prevented spread into attached adjacent homes. 1 civilian evaluated by EMS needed no further treatment. 1 firefighter transported minor injuries. 2 additional trucks requested. 9 displacements.
2nd firefighter transported with minor injuries.”

“Update Working Fire 300 block Kentucky Ave SE. Request @RedCrossNCGC for 7 displaced occupants. There were no injuries. Fire investigators on scene.”
