Parking Lot Closing in NoMa at the end of the Month

“Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you that our lease for the parking lot located at 131 M Street NE will be ending on February 28. As a result, we will no longer be able to offer parking at this location after that date.

Please consider this letter as formal notice of termination of your monthly parking agreement, effective February 28. We kindly ask that you make alternative parking arrangements beginning March 1, 2026.”
