This car has been blocking the alley off 18th and Q Street, NW for 24 hours blocking all traffic through the alley. Note says tow truck is coming but zero other information.
Anyway we can post it to try to reach the owner and see if we can expedite the tow truck as it blocks my ability to leave as a health care provider that needs to be able to get to the hospital at all hours of the day. It’s right at the intersection of 18th and New Hampshire between Q and Corcoran.”
