“Colada Shop, the beloved Cuban café and restaurant known for its vibrant flavors and all-day hospitality, officially opened today at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Located airside, the new outpost is open daily from 4:30a.m. until the last departing flight, serving travelers from early morning coffee runs to pre-flight cocktails. Colada Shop’s first airport location is in partnership with Baldi Management Group, Inc., a D.C. based airport concession company with a 17-year track record of bringing premier local and national brands to airports.

The DCA location features Colada Shop’s signature café program, including Café Cubano, Cortaditos, Café con Leche, Havana Cold Brew, and shareable Coladas, alongside refreshing housemade sodas, zero-proof cocktails, and a full bar showcasing favorites like Mojitos, Piña Coladas, and Espresso Martinis.
The all-day menu highlights many of Colada Shop’s most-loved bites , including:
Croquetas – crispy Cuban fritters filled with jamón, chicken, or seasonal ingredients
Empanadas – flaky turnovers with fillings like picadillo, chicken, or spinach & cheese
Yuca Fries Basket – crispy yuca served with a trio of sauces
Platanachos – plantain chips layered with black bean dip, mozzarella, cotija, and sofrito relish
Colada Shop Cuban Sandwich – slow-roasted mojo pork, ham, Swiss cheese, mustard, pickles, and Cuban bread
Breakfast favorites like Breakfast Sandwiches, Churro Waffles, Pastelitos, and Pan de Bono for early travelers
