“Springbone Kitchen, the beloved health-focused fast-casual brand known for its nutrient-dense, real-food offerings, is bringing its signature bone broths, bowls, and homemade-inspired meals to the nation’s capital, opening its first location in Georgetown on December 5, 2025. This marks the brand’s first move outside the New York-New Jersey region. Located at 1426 Wisconsin Avenue NW, the Georgetown location will soon be followed by a second location in Dupont Circle in early 2026, cementing Springbone’s presence in the market.

Founded in 2016, Springbone Kitchen has built a strong following in New York for its commitment to clean, high-quality ingredients and a menu free from refined sugars, seed oils, and artificial additives. The brand is best known for its slow-simmered bone broths,
protein-packed grain bowls, and thoughtfully crafted seasonal specials – both delicious and accessible, and designed to fuel a healthy, active lifestyle.
“We’ve been looking for the right city to take Springbone beyond our home base, and D.C. felt like the perfect fit,” said Sam Eckstein, co-founder of Springbone Kitchen. “Having lived in the DMV area for a few years, I experienced firsthand a vibrant food culture and a community that truly values wellness and clean eating. We’re excited to bring our nourishing, made-from-scratch meals to Georgetown and beyond.”

The new Georgetown location will feature the brand’s signature menu, including customer favorites like the Immunity Bone Broth, bowls such as Grandma’s Chicken & Rice and the Roasted Tomato & Cheddar Soup. Guests can also expect seasonal offerings, desserts, and a welcoming space ideal for takeaway meals or leisurely dining. Additionally, to mark its arrival in the Georgetown neighborhood, Springbone Kitchen will celebrate with a multi-day Grand Opening program featuring complimentary tastings, exclusive giveaways, and special offerings designed to introduce the community to its wellness-forward menu and philosophy:
Grand Opening Weekend: Friday, December 5 – Sunday, December 7
Springbone Kitchen will kick off its Georgetown debut with a festive weekend celebration, inviting guests to experience the brand’s nourishing menu, cozy atmosphere, and wellness-forward approach. Guests will be able to enjoy $5 bowls & soup or broth combo, and be among the first to see the space firsthand.
