“an amazing new charitable collab between two of the region’s biggest brands: nailsaloon and Just Ice Tea.
The partnership allows nailsaloon guests to enjoy a free Just Ice Tea canned tea as they receive their services, and support Just Ice Tea’s efforts to raise funds for a much-needed health clinic in Mozambique. At check out, guests can scan a QR code to donate to the health clinic. At the end of January, nailsaloon will match the total dollar amount of donations made by customers. This collaboration runs from January 1 through January 31
at all five nailsaloon locations across the DMV (Logan Circle, Walter Reed, Capitol Hill, Chevy Chase, and National Landing).
Every contribution directly supports the farmers of Chá de Magoma, the largest organic tea garden in the world and the source of Just Ice Tea’s ingredients, and the Gurué District of Zambezia Province, where the average life expectancy is just 54.6 years. Once complete, the new health clinic will provide 10,000 residents with access to diagnostic medicine and essential health services.”
