1300 block of Clifton Street, NW
MPD reports:
“On Saturday, December 13, 2025 at approximately 1528 hours, officers responded to a simple assault report at 1308 Clifton St. NW. Once on scene, V-1 (victim) stated that he asked S-1 (suspect) to hold the gate open for him as he brought in a cart of packages to deliver.
V-1 reported that S-1 refused to hold the door for him and a verbal dispute ensued. V-1 claimed that S-1 struck him with a closed fist
hitting the left side of his head.
Officers made contact with S-1 on scene and placed S-1 under arrest for Simple Assault. S-1 was transported to the Third District for processing.
CCTV on the premises corroborated the incident. V-1 refused medical attention on scene.”
