“Dear PoPville,
I had a weird ICE encounter yesterday. Boarding for my flight out of BWI was delayed, the gate agent mentioned in passing that it was bc of immigration. When we finally start boarding, after agent checks ticket / passport, there were like 6-7 ICE agents on the tunnel. They checked every single person and their passport, they asked me why I was traveling (abroad), I said for a meeting and they asked where I worked. I heard them ask for the woman in front of me to show her greencard. And then they asked me if I was taking any cash. Super weird and sketch. What would even be the point of this ???”

“with a friend at the Medstar Georgetown U ER, and there is an ICE officer here clearly attached to a patient. I’ve only seen the one, but I assume there are more nearby for when he requests relief.”
