This was right by the (now closed) Starbucks on 16th & U. Perhaps they got hungry since the store closed down? 🤣 Regardless, I’ve been street parking in the 16th St/U Street area for 5+ years, and this has never happened before. I’ll report to 311, but I doubt it will do any good… if any of your followers have suggestions as to how to prevent them from doing this again, I’d appreciate it.”
