Barcelona Wine Bar opened here almost exactly 12 years ago to the day back in October 2013.
Flashback, August 2015 “I was at Barcelona on 14th last night when some guy in a ski mask ran in with a knife. He got laid out by a bartender.”

“Request to expand permitted seating into a new space on the second floor of the restaurant and increase
the Total Occupancy Load of the Establishment from 227 to 309 seats.”
