“New Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern with a Seating Capacity of 225, Total Occupancy Load of 499,
and a Sidewalk Cafe with 16 Seats, Total Load 20. The Licensee is also requesting an Entertainment Endorsement to provide Live Music and Dancing inside the premises, a Cover Charge, and Extended Holiday Hours.”
