Thanks to Graham for sending:

Warka Coffee had its grand opening Wednesday on Capitol Hill.

It’s in the National Assoc. of Realtor’s building on New Jersey Ave at E St. The space used to be a Starbucks a few years back. It’s single-origin Ethiopian coffee with some light breakfast/lunch and pastries too. Very tasty and very friendly owners!”
