“Dear PoPville,
A precious 3 year old girl who lived in my building was tragically shot and killed on the 5th of July after watching fireworks with her family in SE. A man approached the car and shot inside it hitting the sweet baby that I used to see at our building’s pool splashing and playing in the head.
The funeral was this week and her family has a Go Fund Me set up<,/a> to help cover costs and have yet to reach their goal.
