This storage container has been parked on 15th st for years. I pass it everyday thinking how is somebody managing to keep it parked there, taking up public space? It must be that it’s inconspicuous enough to be ignored. Don’t you need a permit for these? (between R & S St NW)”
How does this normally work, you need a permit for one of these things? Anyone know how frequently they need to be renewed/can be issued for?
