From a press release:
“Scarlet Oak, the Navy Yard neighborhood bar known for its standout happy hours, weekend brunch, espresso martinis, and loyal local following, is turning 10 – and they’re throwing a party to match the milestone. On Saturday, August 9th from 9PM to Midnight, the Scarlet Oak team invites regulars, neighbors, and friends to raise a glass (or several) in celebration of a decade well-spent.
For $50 in advance (or $75 at the door), guests will enjoy all-you-can-drink select beer, wine, and mixed drinks, along with complimentary snacks, entertainment (TBD), and birthday cake at midnight. Tickets are available now via Resy.
The anniversary bash wouldn’t be complete without a nod to Scarlet Oak’s longtime manager, Carlos Perez, who has become something of a neighborhood legend thanks to his signature hospitality and big-hearted energy. Attendees who have gotten to know Carlos through the years can expect plenty of hugs, toasts, and maybe a few dance moves.
“It’s wild to think it’s been 10 years,” says Managing Partner Brian Schram. “Scarlet Oak started as a casual local spot, and thanks to the support of our guests and our incredible team, it’s become something special. We’re excited to celebrate with everyone who made it possible. Whether you’re a longtime regular or just here for the party, Scarlet Oak’s 10th Anniversary is your chance to join in on the celebration.”
