“After abandoning plans to develop a 360-unit project at 1200 Fifth St. NW, MidCity has now sold the 2.1+ acre property to The United House of Prayer For All People for $26M.
The property is located across from the church’s 6th Street facility. Due to a number of factors, including the delay related to the DC Court of Appeals process, MidCity decided that the future redevelopment of the property will occur in accordance with the matter-of-right development standards.”
