Separate living room, dining room, enough kitchen space for multiple people to cook comfortably, a second space in the basement with second full bathroom- great for workouts and other sprawling hobbies, washer/dryer in house, plus small front yard w/ two raised gardening beds, front porch, and back garden for additional outdoor hang outs.
If you have a car, you’d share space in the driveway plus plenty of street parking otherwise. Beyond that, there’s plenty of space to bring your bike inside with our commuter bikes.
House is on a quiet one way street approximately 10 minute walk from Columbia Heights or Georgia/Petworth Metro stops, multiple buses nearby as well. Just a block away from Georgia Ave eateries and bars including Call Your Mother (the OG!), Midlands, and Hook Hall.
