“Greetings: Raze applications have been recently filed at the Department of Buildings (DOB) for the below addresses. A list of all year-to-date razes for 2025 (Raze Application Report–2025) and year end reports for previous years can be found on the DC Historic Preservation Office website.

John writes: “Looks like Al Fresco property sold last month. They had been asking $5 mill. A nice $125k property tax bill comes with it.”
For a hot second we had heard that a sports bar was coming but that fell through.
I’m told that the new owners plan to “completely raze the building and build a mixed use building with retail space at ground level and condos for sale/rent above street level”.
