The Plaza at the intersection of Columbia Road and 18th Street is a storied part of Adams Morgan and DC.
Jubilee assumed ownership of the Plaza as part of a real estate gift from a local bank. We are working with neighbors to develop plans for Plaza use that honors the history of the plaza and celebrates our neighborhood.“
